O*NET OnLine
was created to provide broad access to the O*NET database of occupational information, which includes information on skills, abilities, work activities, and interests associated with almost 1000 occupations. Users can search for occupations by title or keyword in the description or browse by job family. The Skill Search allows the user to find occupations that match a list of current or soon–to–be–acquired skills. Users can also compare up to ten related occupations to one selected from the list.
