Mindfulness is a process of cultivating awareness of the mind and body and living in the present moment without filters or the lens of judgment. Current research supports Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction as an effective tool in treating a variety of mental and physical health problems. This webinar is free for participants and will offer an introduction to the topic. Participants will also be provided with the opportunity to reduce stress and take charge of their physical and mental health by learning new skills.
