COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan
Our business continuity plan includes operational readiness, employee mobility, infrastructure resiliency and information security.
• The majority of Canopy’s workforce can work remotely and provides the equipment, connectivity and applicable applications, and resources. This ensures the long-term viability of Canopy’s core business and offerings, regardless of restrictions on office accessibility. We have implemented a work-from-home policy to promote the health and safety of our employees, their families and our communities.
• We have evaluated essential operations and designed plans to reassign staff from non-critical functions if employee absence is a threat.
• We have reviewed our IT infrastructure to ensure our system is able to support an increase in remote work and manage any added load to client facing or service delivery technology that may occur.
• We have shifted our primary direct client service to include the use of video, telephonic and digital counseling modalities.
