Interactive Meditation for Enhanced Wellbeing

The practice of meditation has both short and long-term health benefits, including lowering stress levels, improving focus, and enhancing the mind-body connection. If you currently have a meditation practice or joined Canopy’s previous program, The Basics and Benefits of Meditation, this interactive presentation will provide technique augmentation, reinforce breathwork, and allow space for participants to examine more closely the experience of self-exploration and mind-body balance.
