We match a family up with a dedicated care coordinator who becomes the family's partner or personal healthcare assistant and will do everything from finding the right in–home aide, handling a move into a facility, contesting and negotiating insurance bills, scheduling appointments with top doctors, and so much more. Wellthy's services are available for Canopy EAP members and their family members.
