Holistic Health for Stress Relief

Life can be stressful. Each day we attempt a balance of work, school, personal relationships, and environmental factors, all of which can feel overwhelming. There are different ways we can address and manage our stress. There are also ways for us to approach how we are perceiving our stress. In this program we will discuss how we can perceive stress differently, but also how to balance and off-set our stress for increased health and wellbeing.
