Your EAP is giving the gift of a safe ride home this holiday season.

Canopy is providing a gift, in the form of a $10 Amazon gift card, for using a safe ride home during the holiday season. Limit 1 per employee/household.

How to get the gift card:

Be safe by using a ride–share program between December 1st, 2021 through January 1st, 2022. Submit your name, email address, and the name of your employer*, along with a copy of the receipt from your ride sharing program, one of two ways:

*all information will remain 100% confidential
