Our guest Corey Routh, Principal Consultant at Meraki, and board member at iSocial, has spent over thirty years in HR executive roles with mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies. He has launched DEIA/B programs for three decades and has had a front row seat watching the area of neurodiversity emerge from an occasional compliance task for organizational operations to a focal point of union organizing, lawsuits, accommodation demands, and employee engagement survey feedback.
