Creating Strong and Healthy Relationships with Others and Yourself

When we think about important relationships, we usually think of loved ones around us, but we cannot forget the most important relationship we have, which is with ourselves. The relationship you have with yourself can often set the tone for external relationships. In this program we will discuss key elements of building strong and healthy relationships, which include empathy, non-judgement, trust, respect, and constructive communication. We will also review key elements to connect with your authentic self, and cultivate high self-worth, confidence, and compassion.
